Our CNC machines can hold tight tolerances to meet your demanding expectations. 3D printing using the fused filament fabrication (FFF) up to 24"x24"x24" is possible, on a Modix 3D printer. Below is an example of a small lot production of Nose Gear Landing Forks for use on Velocity 4-place aircraft. Parts were waterjet cut from 3.5" thick 7075 aluminum, and post machined on our horizontal machining center.
